By accessing or using the Bulgarian Learning App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

## 1. Use of the App

### 1.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

### 1.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:
- ❌ Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- ❌ Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- ❌ Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- ❌ Share your account with others
- ❌ Use automated tools (bots) to access the App
- ❌ Attempt to hack or disrupt the App

### 1.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access

## 2. Subscriptions and Payments

### 2.1 Subscription Plans

- **Free Plan:** Limited access to first 5 skills
- **Premium Plan:** Full access to all features

### 2.2 Pricing

- Monthly: $9.99/month
- Yearly: $79.99/year (save 33%)

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

### 2.3 Payment

- Payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Refunds subject to Apple/Google policies

### 2.4 Cancellation

- Cancel anytime through your app store account
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No refunds for partial periods

## 3. User Content

### 3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (e.g., profile information, notes).

### 3.2 Our Rights

By using the App, you grant us the right to:
- Store and process your content
- Use anonymized data to improve the App
- Display your username on leaderboards (if you opt in)

### 3.3 Prohibited Content

Do not post content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Infringing on others' rights
- Spam or malicious

## 4. Intellectual Property

### 4.1 Our Content

All content in the App (lessons, exercises, design, code) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

"Bulgarian Learning App" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

## 5. Disclaimers

### 5.1 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

### 5.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific learning outcomes
- Accuracy of all content

### 5.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for third-party content or services linked from the App.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months

## 7. Termination

### 7.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time.

### 7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service
